10/10 We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Ohma! The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Puerto Escondido. The hosts were incredibly friendly, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the high-end bathroom products were a nice touch. The rooms were spacious, the beds super comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. Plus, it’s just a few minutes away from the bustling area. Highly recommend!
Really beautiful guest house - 5 minute walk from the beach. Hosts friendly and contactable. Pool area is beautiful with options for sun or shade. Lots of comfortable areas to sit. Rooms very clean and shared kitchen area is nice
My partner and I had a beautiful 3-day stay at Casa Ohma. Located close enough to La Punta but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet, it feels like a little retreat. I love the pool area and access to two separate kitchens. The rooftop was another plus! Every little detail in Casa Ohma is thoughtfully designed, from the wall hangings to the warm shower. There are plenty of different areas to hang out or work from, which means you never feel crowded with other guests. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any needs. We loved our stay here. I would say that the rooms/pool look slightly bigger in the pictures but aside from that they are accurate. The room was lovely, very functional, clean and decorated nicely. The shared common areas were also great here, very spacious. The real standout were the hosts and is why we are giving it 5 stars - they were very responsive and gave us some great tips. I loved the beach and restaurant recommendations we were given (I think by Roman), he was lovely. Thanks!
We had a wonderful few days at this beautiful property. The room was luxurious and clean. The outdoor area was also fantastic. In the evening, after a day at the beach, the pool offered a refreshing dip.
We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay in Puerto Escondido. The house is just a short walk from the main street—close enough to everything, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our room was beautiful, the staff were incredibly kind, and housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The amenities are thoughtful and well maintained. I had to work a few days during the trip, and the dedicated office space was a lifesaver—the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable the whole time. You can tell that every detail of the house has been designed with care, from the coworking area to the pool to the communal rooftop kitchen. We’d absolutely love to come back—and next time, stay even longer.
Beautiful design, great value – would absolutely stay again Casa Ohma was a fantastic place to stay during our time in Puerto Escondido. The Airbnb looks absolutely stunning in the photos – and it lives up to that in real life. The design is tasteful, modern, and calming, with a great attention to detail. For the price, what you get is honestly amazing. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and a relaxed vibe. The only thing we missed was a bit more natural light inside the room – it could feel a little dark at times. That said, the layout still works well and the atmosphere is cozy. The pool area is a real highlight – beautiful and perfect for cooling down after a beach day. It’s on the smaller side, but still totally sufficient. If anything, it would just be great to have a few more sunbeds, as they fill up quickly. We also appreciated the free filtered water and the shared kitchen area, which is clean and well-equipped. The location is very central, which is a huge plus. However, it’s located a bit uphill, so after a full beach day it can feel like a workout walking back. We’d definitely recommend renting a scooter to make things easier – especially in the heat. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend Casa Ohma. It’s stylish, peaceful, and a great value for money. We’d definitely come back!
